These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Wigwy (“Service”, “we”, “our”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

Generated images are AI predictions — not guarantees of how a real wig will look.

1. Service Description

Wigwy is a virtual wig try-on tool. You upload a selfie, select a wig style and color, and our system generates a photorealistic preview of you wearing the wig. The service is available through your web browser — no app download required.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
One free try-on is available without creating an account.
Additional try-ons require purchasing credits.
You may only create one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed.

4. User Content

Your content, your rights

You retain all rights to photos you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content.
By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it solely for generating your try-on result.
We never use your photos for AI model training.
Selfie uploads are automatically deleted within 24 hours.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload photos of other people without their consent
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our AI systems
Automate or script requests to the Service
Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without permission
Upload content that is obscene, offensive, or harmful
Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security

6. AI-Generated Content

AI results are approximations. Generated images are AI predictions and may not perfectly represent how a real wig would look on you.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated results. They should be used for reference only — not as a substitute for trying on an actual wig or consulting with a professional.

Results vary based on input photo quality, lighting conditions, and the AI model's interpretation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Wigwy service, including its design, code, brand assets, and AI models, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Service without prior written permission.

“Wigwy” and the Wigwy logo are trademarks. You may not use them without permission except to refer to our Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wigwy and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

By you

You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you unless the violation is severe or illegal.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
